Privacy notice
Who we are
BOJO Investment Limited, 25 Iperu Akesan Street, Off Alaguntan Bus-Stop, Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos, Nigeria, sells computers, phones and electronics. We decide why and how your personal information is used. Contact us at info@bojoinvestment.com or WhatsApp +234 806 423 6401.
What we collect, and why
- Quote requests: your name, phone number, what you want and any note you write. We use it to reply with availability and a price.
- Chat: your name, phone number and the messages in the chat, plus a 1 to 5 rating if you give one. We use it to answer your enquiry and to improve our service.
- Search: the words you type into the product search, saved without your name or number, so we can see what people are looking for and stock it. We never keep a search that looks like a phone number or an email.
We ask for your permission (the tick box) before a chat starts. For quote requests, we use your details only to answer your request.
What we do not do
- We do not take payments on this website and never collect card or bank details here. You pay in person, for example on our POS card machine, which is separate from this website.
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
- We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The chat saves a small private code in your browser so you can come back to the same conversation. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Who can see it
Only BOJO staff who need it to reply to you. We use trusted service providers to run the site (Cloudflare) and store data (Supabase, hosted in London). They process it for us and do not use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and chats only for as long as we need them to help you, then we delete them.
Your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw your permission at any time. This does not affect what we did before.
- Complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission if you are not happy with how we handled your information.
To use any of these rights, email info@bojoinvestment.com.
