About these terms

These terms cover how you use this website and buy from BOJO Investment Limited, 25 Iperu Akesan Street, Off Alaguntan Bus-Stop, Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos, Nigeria ("BOJO", "we"). By asking for a quote, chatting with us or buying from us, you agree to them.

Quotes and prices

• A quote request is not an order. Nothing is sold until we confirm it with you in writing (WhatsApp, email or an invoice).
• Prices are given on request and can change, so we confirm today’s price when we reply to you.

Stock

The stock status on this website ("In stock", "Only a few left", "Sold out for now") is a guide, not a promise. We confirm availability when we reply to you.

Orders and payment

• You pay in person. This website does not take payments. You pay physically at our address, for example on our POS card machine, and we give you a receipt.
• We will never ask you to pay through a link or a payment page, or to type or send card details on this website, in chat or on WhatsApp. If anyone does so in our name, do not pay, and tell us.
• An order is confirmed when we confirm availability and price with you and you have paid in person.

Delivery and collection

• Ask us about delivery to your area. We will confirm the details with you.
• You can collect from our address above. Opening hours: 9am to 5pm.

Genuine goods and serial numbers

We record every item by its serial number or IMEI from the day it arrives. Keep your receipt and the box, because we match the serial number on your item against our records for any return, warranty claim or tracking request.

Warranty and returns

Warranty and returns are covered in our refund policy. Ask us about the warranty on an item before you buy it.

Limits on our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian law that cannot be limited.

Using the website

Please use the quote form and chat only for real enquiries. We may block use that is abusive, automated or spam.

How we use your name and number is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies when you contact or buy from us. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
